Tasks and responsibilities of the quality assurance unit

    

duties:

1- Participation in formulating policy and strategy of the organization, through analysis of weaknesses and strengths of the organization.

2. Control and monitoring of operational programs to realize the policy effectiveness, goals and strategies of the organization.

Identifying and designing organization processes for monitoring and measuring them

4. Realization, identification, suggestion and participation in the implementation of modern management tools in accordance with the requirements and strategies of the organization.

5. Identification and declaration of training requirements in the framework of the implementation and maintenance of management systems

6. Planning to plan and conduct audits and effective evaluations of organizational processes within the framework of management systems.

7. Controlling and monitoring organizational misconduct arising from audits and monitoring related activities to resolve them.

8. Identification and issuance of corrective and preventive measures and monitoring of relevant activities for their effective implementation.

9. Establish effective communication with process authorities within the framework of identifying and using appropriate tools for analyzing process data and providing constructive suggestions.

10. Communicating effectively with the HSE Director in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of health, safety and environmental management systems.

11. Design and preparation of management reports and processes tailored to management systems

12. The supervision of relevant experts includes work planning, performance monitoring and resource provision, and dealing with potential problems.

13. Control and ensure that legal and guild requirements are applied to the organization's procedures
